The Assistant Office Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative support in partnership with the Office Manager, ensuring the smooth operations of our office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating sales revenue growth through employee training and engagement.
Upholding quality control and safety measures, you will enhance operational procedures and systems, contributing to the overall success of the practice. Assistant Office Managers will carry out supervisory responsibilities in the absence of their Office Manager in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
This is a full-time position with possible late evening and weekend shifts. Availability for an on-call schedule is required.

Essential Functions
Sales and Operations:
Enhance sales revenue growth off the office
Contribute to strategic plans and reviews, implementing action plans to improve production, quality, and customer-service standards
Assist in forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, and analyzing variances
Communicate all operating policies and issues at department meetings
Manage staff levels, wages, hours, and contract labor to revenue and labor budgets
Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remain OSHA-compliant
Management and Leadership:
Develop operational systems for excellence in customer service, employee retention, profits, and growth
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies & procedures
Initiate corrective actions as needed
Develop plans for employee retention and growth
Lead department managers and supervisors, including review & approval responsibilities for all operations employees
Recruitment & Training:
Assist in recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees
Communicate job expectations and review job contributions of team members
Lead the team to provide exceptional customer service levels
Participate in educational opportunities and update job knowledge through industry publications, maintaining a professional network, and participate in professional organizations
Customer Service and Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues and accidents on-site
Work closely with the management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems
Develop office operations in a customer service and satisfaction centered framework
