We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized front desk Treatment Coordinator/biller to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by coordinating patient treatments and managing administrative tasks effectively.

Duties:

- Coordinate patient treatment plans, scheduling appointments, posting payments, claim follow ups

-Serve as the main point of contact for patients seeking treatment

- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for treatment
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Handle dental billing, coding, and collections processes
- Knowledge of basic and advanced dental terminology and being comfortable with presenting dental information to patients.

-Bill/preauthorize/follow up with dental insurance companies

- Maintain accurate and up to date medical records for patients

-Follow up with healthcare providers (including specialists) to ensure seamless patient care

-Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or questions in a professional manner
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Manage dental office systems for efficient workflow

Skills:

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in dental billing, coding, and collection procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in managing dental records and office systems

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with dental collection processes. Experience with Curve dental software is HIGHLY recommended

-Experience with PPO dental insurances
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
