We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service throughout the order process.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Handle all incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat when assigned.
- Provide accurate information on products and services, pricing, and availability.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns to their satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Order Processing:
- Accurately process customer orders for portable restrooms and related services.
- Gather and record customer information, including rental dates, delivery/pickup locations, and special requests.
- Calculate rental costs and provide customers with clear pricing information.
- Process payments and generate invoices.
- Write up orders
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate customer records in the company database.
- Assist with scheduling deliveries and pickups.
- Prepare reports and other documents as needed.
- Follow up on all quotes and service modifications.
Phone Support:
- Effectively handle a high volume of incoming calls.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of proven experience in customer service, preferably in a phone-based environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Experience with CRM software (preferred, but not required).
