Overview:

Join our team as a Concession Worker and be a part of delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession stand area
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience
- Follow food safety protocols and regulations during food preparation and serving
- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Prior experience in food service or sales is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and working with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
