A prestigious chain of medical centers in Hollywood, FL is looking to immediately hire a full-time Certified Medical Assistance (CMA) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to work in the Internal Medicine Department. These Centers offer $18 up to $22 per hour, plus hefty employment packages including paid time off (PTO), medical, dental and vision, retirement, and more.
Responsibilities

• Collect patients' demographic information,
• Take vital signs and lab samples,
• Enter patients' data into the Company's EMR,
• Validate patients' insurance eligibility and collect copayments,
• Perform lab tests,
• Performance injection and medication administration,
• Sterilize medical instruments as needed, and
• Become a school Liaison.

Qualifications

• A national certification in medical assistance,
• 3 years of experience,
• Scribe experience,
• Nursing home experience, and
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
