Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Agency Recruiter to join our team in Evanston, IL. This individual will play a crucial role in driving new business development and sourcing top-tier candidates for our clients' open roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and business development, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned region of the United States.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and utilizing our internal resources.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business development targets.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, databases, networking and internal ATS system.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to match them with appropriate job opportunities.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
3. Client Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and meeting their hiring goals.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong business development and sales skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
