Job Title: Multifamily Project Manager

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Multifamily Project Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of multifamily residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide regular updates on project status.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize construction processes and improve project efficiency.
- Ensure all necessary permits and regulatory approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to encourage teamwork and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily residential construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
