Join our dynamic team as a Ground-Up Commercial Project Manager, where you'll lead exciting commercial projects from conception to completion! Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from planning to final inspection.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Develop, monitor, and adjust project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work adheres to the highest quality standards and meets regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays or budget overruns.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their vision is realized.
  • Document Management: Maintain thorough documentation, including RFI responses, change orders, and project reports.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Safety Enforcement: Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed to create a safe working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 years of project management experience in ground-up commercial construction.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling software (such as Procore or Primavera), and industry best practices.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to foresee potential issues and develop strategies to address them.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to managing multiple aspects of a project.
