The role involves overseeing 5-8 Burger King restaurants as an Area Coach/District Manager. The primary responsibilities include:

1. Leading and developing Restaurant Managers to achieve operational excellence

2. Overseeing people, processes, and operations to drive excellence in day-to-day restaurant operations

3. Hiring, training, and motivating Restaurant Managers, Shift Managers, and restaurant teams

4. Setting goals, problem-solving, and improving processes while holding managers accountable to brand standards

5. Turning around low-performing restaurants

Mandatory qualifications for the position include:

1. Proven experience managing multiple General Managers to meet restaurant standards and targets

2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

3. Basic business math and accounting skills

4. Analytical decision-making abilities

5. Computer literacy

6. 3-5 years of successful high-volume operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry

7. Track record of selecting, coaching, and developing managerial employees

8. Ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction

The ideal candidate should be energetic, organized, open-minded, creative, and have an extroverted personality. They should be able to give direction well and consistently exceed guest expectations. A college or university degree is preferred.
