Job Details

• Running lane is CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, UT. MT.
• 100% No Touch Reefer freight
• Great Opportunity to start driving career with a reputable company.
• Driver will run 250-300 hours with a trainer OTR then go on their own if less than 3 months experience.
• 3 months to 6 months experience – 100 – 200 hours with trainer. 
• 6 months experience, no time needed with trainer.
• Trainees must be willing to run OTR for training period.
• Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset.
• Orientation in Phoenix, Az
• Driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
• Average miles a week is 1800-2200.

Pay/Benefits

• Trainees are paid $650/week until their 250-300 hours are met.
• After training pay is .45 - .59 per mile sliding pay scale which comes out to between $1200-$1300 a week
• Experienced drivers range from .46 - .74 per mile sliding pay scale depending on years of experience.
• Average earnings are $1200 week.
• $15 stop pay.
• .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 9200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Class A CDL:
• Must have attended and graduated an accredited truck driving school.
• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
• Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
• No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 10 years
• Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training.
• Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
• No large gaps of employment recently
