Overview:
Keystone Bluffs is an Assisted Living facility that started in 2001 located in Duluth, MN. Keystone Bluffs offers 80 beautiful apartments designed with single level living in mind. We are committed to providing the utmost quality of care with the emphasis on person-centered care planning.
Keystone Bluffs is seeking an evening shift CNA Floor Supervisor to our team. The CNA Floor Supervisor will assist in orienting and training of floor staff and act as a liaison between the DON and Site Administrator on resident care and staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan
Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Accurately documenting information
Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
Assist with staff training, coaching and development.
Ensure resident cares such as showering, med administration/management, meals etc. are completed in a timely fashion.
Ensure call lights are attended to in a timely manner
Act as first level go to person on PM shift
Ensure direct care staff documentation is completed accurately and timely
Following HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant
Proven CNA knowledge and leadership abilities
Must thrive in a team work setting and foster team work atmosphere
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and documentation
Competent in organizational, time management skills

Pay Range: Based on experience, Licensure and Shift Differentials $22 to $24 hourly
