Qualifications

• Ability to problem solve
• Experience in CRM software
• Experience in dental lab management software
• Great Organization Skills
• Great communication skills
• Ability to communicate and articulate workflows and processes
• Efficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power point.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Your duties will include case input (both digital and physical cases)
• Organize deliveries
• Professional communication with doctors
• Efficiently tracking timelines of cases through out the lab
• Answering day to day questions and solving problems
• Invoicing
• Managing onboarding processes
• Front office management
