Job Description:

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications using .NET, C#, Kafka, and MongoDB.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

3. Architect and implement efficient and reliable data streaming solutions using Kafka for real-time data processing and analytics.

4. Develop and optimize database schemas and queries for MongoDB to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.

5. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.

6. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.

7. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.

8. Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to enhance product features and performance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

2. 5 years of experience in software development with a strong proficiency in .NET and C#.

3. Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and message brokers, with hands-on experience in Kafka.

4. Proficiency in designing and optimizing MongoDB databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.

5. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
