Role Description We are looking for a mission-driven, energetic, and highly networked Community Outreach & Engagement Manager to own our brand building, outreach, and community development and engagement across Collin County and the surrounding communities. We know that harnessing the power and support of local communities leads to better patient outcomes. We also know that word of mouth and like-minded healthcare providers are our most powerful referral source for new Diana Health clients. Your job will be to raise awareness about our brand, our Collin County practice, and our services to build and nurture our loyal network of clients, referring providers, and community partners. You will both leverage your existing network and expand it as you meet and develop trusted relationships with new individuals and organizations. In this role, you will serve as the face of Diana Health, representing our practice and our team, across the Greater Collin County region. What you'll do: Community and Brand Development
Articulate the Diana Health mission, model of care, and differentiators at every opportunity possible in the community, and with each person you meet
Host and attend community events to build buzz around our Diana Health brand
Create and manage an annual outreach plan & calendar
Update plan & calendar as we test and learn and focus on different community groups and populations
Plan, execute, and evaluate our own events at our Collin County practice and in the community
Plan, execute, and evaluate events that we solely sponsor and those that we we co-sponsor / co-host with our community partners
Attend and serve as the face of Diana Health at community events and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and recruit new clients
Research, identify, and build partnerships with key hubs of community / social activity (i.e., physical and virtual places places where women gather and share information) and local businesses
E.g., coffee shops, churches, daycares, gyms, parent & family services groups, large employers
Drop collateral at these locations
Identify and pursue co-marketing opportunities with such partners
Identify other hyperlocal marketing opportunities, as relevant
Join and participate in local Facebook and similar online groups where women share recommendations and feedback about their healthcare provider(s) to promote Diana Health and gather local insights
As region grows, potentially hire, train and manage part-time Brand Ambassadors
Own, adding to and updating as needed, our local resource recommendation guides
These include our vetted recommended local providers and community partners (e.g., pediatricians, fertility clinics, acupuncturists, doulas, etc.)
Provider Referral Network
Build, augment and nurture our network of local providers who refer their patients to women's health service providers
Visit practices, hosting lunch & learn type events to educate the practices and their teams about our practice, our services, our Diana Differentiators, and how to refer their clients; ensure closed loop communications on clients they refer
Birth Community Network
Build, augment and nurture our network of birth community providers who refer their clients to OB-GYN offices
Offer tours of our practice and provide overviews of our services and how to refer their clients; ensure closed loop communications on clients they refer
Collaborate with our Central Marketing Team
Own the Collin County practice team webpage (maintaining bios, headshots, and ensuring up to date with new hires and team transitions)
Share needs for print and digital collateral with the team
Capture film/photos of Collin County practice, team members, and community events to be shared on our digital channels
Partner with the team on building and managing a local Facebook group to drive community and engagement among Diana Health clients
Assist with local marketing and public relations opportunities
Support Collin County Practice Operations
Provide client referral information into Diana Health systems and support various analyses as needed
Remain well-versed and knowledgeable of the latest components of our care model and our services, and of our provider team roster, preferences, and scheduling availability
Work closely with Practice Manager to share information and insights to help improve patient experience and volume
Support Care Navigators as needed, answering phones and scheduling new OB patients

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in sales or a role focused on relationship-building in diverse communities
Available evenings and weekends for events

Able to develop, work against, and manage to a budget
Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including the ability to effectively present information to a wide variety of audiences
Strong project planning and organizational competency
Technologically proficient, comfortable using and exploring a variety of technology platforms
Bonus: experience with content creation, design tools like Canva, and social media
