We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate to administer online surveys and analyze results to gauge customer experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Preferred ExperienceProficiency in survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Spanish , Italian or other European languages

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate to administer online surveys and analyze results to gauge customer experience.

- Administering online surveys to customers to collect feedback
- Analyzing survey results to identify trends and insights
- Drawing meaningful conclusions and recommendations from data
- Presenting findings to stakeholders to inform business decisions
- Collaborating with teams to implement changes based on customer feedback
- Continuously monitoring and improving the survey process
