Position Description:
On-Demand digitalization of data (drawing, engineering data, unit file)

• Average of 2 requests per day
• Drawing and engineering data located in factory that is a 5-minute one way walk away from office (10-minute walk total)
• Unit file data located in close proximity in office
• Ability to interpret index and map of data to be able to locate it
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Good proficiency in scanning equipment
• Good proficiency in pdf editor
• Track and catalog on demand requests
• Communicate verbally and in writing to the requestors
• Rudimentary drawing and data interpretation skill
• Ability to search and view drawing in drawing system (TeamCenter GloBus)
• Organization skills and detail orientation required

Strategic mass digitization of data (same data as above)

• Skills same as above
• Constant and continual scanning of data when not servicing on-demand requests
• Track and catalog progress
• Estimate schedule and report progress of mass effort

Experience: 2-year vocational training up to 1 year experience needed. Knowledge: Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the related field of work, gained through structured and focused two-year vocational training period
