- 8 years of hands-on experience delivering commercial IT projects using either Agile or Waterfall-based delivery approaches
- Previous pharmaceutical industry experience as an IT project manager supporting commercial sales, marketing and brand teams is desired
- Experience working with branded products and relevant supporting technologies (Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats, and Digital Asset Management platforms)
- Familiarity with endend content creation process and digital asset management is ideal
- A track record of high quality, successful, complex, on time and on budget delivery of projects
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with commercial business partners
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and motivate cross functional teams
- Experience commanding status meetings and effectively holding team members accountable for deliverables and timely escalation of blockers
- Ability to actively anticipate, track and plan for risks, issues, dependencies, resourcing and contingencies
- A history of successfully managing multiple vendors engaged in project and vendor implemented packaged software
