Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by utilizing your knowledge in product and manufacturing methods.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to maximize efficiency and reduce waste..
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, and translate them into effective, efficient manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange equipment purchase.
- Enforce safety regulations and adhere to all quality control standards.
- Train production personnel for new and existing equipment to ensure optimal utilization.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects targeting productivity, quality, and waste reduction.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid experience and knowledge in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
