- More than 9 years of experience in BPM Products and around 5 Years of experience as PEGA Lead Business Analyst
- Lead Business analyst experience within an SME or large company
- Should have worked as BA on multiple implementations.
- Should have experience to draw PEGA business process based on Use case and be able to identify gaps and close the gaps in Use Case Should be aware/possess quick understanding skills of OOB functionalities offered by PEGA
- Should have experience with providing Integration Design Specifications for medium/complex integration requirements.
- very strong analytical and communication skills with PEGA knowledge
- Minimum of 7 years of Insurance Consulting or Business Analysis experience with extensive hands on experience in at least 3 of the following areas: Creating process models/workflows, process gap analysis, domain data model definition, product evaluation/implementation, business requirement definition, use case definition, testing strategy and test planning
- Conversant with business process modeling tools like rational software modeller, doors, requirement analysis tools like rational requisite pro, wire framing tools like balsamic, business software simulation like iRise and familiarity with testing tools like Quality Center/ALM
