Performance Test Architect
Location: Naperville, IL (Hybrid)
JD:

• 12 plus years of experience in performance testing leading performance testing initiatives
• Mandatory experience in NeoLoad is required (3 years minimum)
• 5 years plus proven experience as a Performance Architect or in a similar role.
• Skilled in some of these tools- Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, Katalon Platform, BlazeMeter, Gatling, Locust, K6, NeoLoad, WebLOAD, etc
• End-to-end Performance Testing Analysis, Monitoring and Alerting, System Optimization and Performance Engineering
• Should be good at Query tunning.
• In-depth knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Proficient in performance monitoring and profiling tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in performance testing or system optimization are desirable.
• The candidate should have strong communication skills and should be a team player working with Agile stakeholders.
