Description:This is an individual contributor position responsible for all administrative services for the Information Technology division of the organization. It is a hands-on position that directly contributes to the organization and execution of workflow, process development, and financial analysis & reporting for the entire technology footprint of the organization. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis to maximize the IT investment, asset management, vendor management and project support for the Vice President of Information & Technology Services, and ITS Managers (End User Technology, Core Systems, Enterprise Systems, Network & Collaboration Services, Service Management & Backoffice Technologies) in support of our customers business objectives. The individual will also provide analysis and reporting to the SVP of Information Services and support management within Information Services such as Deposit Operations, Information Security and PMO (Project Management Office).

Uses software to enter in requisitions that become PO's for vendors and not just for IT dept. but goes to financial analyst for approval

Understanding contracts we have and compare to invoice and find savings
Also AVPs could say we are on this service and we want to look at these vendors for this service - put together an analysis on what that would look like and cost savings over 5 years
Not traditional fin analysis role b/c it's IT specialized

5 hours/week - could be anything
Staffing - interface between staffing vendors w/vacancies
Keep up org chart
Lunch and learns - set up room, order food, make sure it's recorded
Major application this person uses daily and should have experience with -
  • Ours aren't widely used and are easy to teach
Use EPMX for purchasing - very few fields to fill out
Certify for expense reporting
Fiserv Axiem Budget system - big plus but it's rare
MS Office
Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must
MS Vizio is a plus
