Job Description:
Bachelors Degree with 12-15 years of experience
Looking for a resource to lead the project management and support of the overall lifecycle of AXP"s Corrective Actions Plans (CAP) and Operational Risk Events (ORE).
Lifecycles include Stopping Customer Impact, Remediation and Control Enhancements and would lead partners through the defined milestones targets to ensure no impact to the Control and Compliance metrics.
Resource would support Global Infrastructure and the Global Merchant Network Services organizations.
Resource would plan, track, and escalate workstreams across these platforms.
Experience with AXP and the financial industry as well as the issues resolutions process with CAP"s
