Job DetailsWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a position that provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), non-conformances identification and resolution, continuous improvement, process improvement, root cause analysis, and change control board.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Identify non-conformances, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • Participate in the Change Control Board (CCB) and lead change control processes.
  • Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Conduct Fish Bone analysis, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex problems.
  • Utilize Cause Map and other tools for in-depth analysis of quality issues.
  • Use SAP and MRP systems for planning and managing resources.
  • Oversee machining and assembly processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role or similar position.
  • Proven experience with QMS, non-conformances, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, Change Control Board, AS9100, GD&T, ISO 9001, Fish Bone analysis, PFMEA, Six Sigma, Cause Map, SAP, MRP, machining, and assembly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct complex analyses.
  • Proficient in the use of SAP and MRP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
