Solution ArchitectResponsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Engage with solution architect and business teams to translate functional requirements to technical design
- Create LLD (low level design) for technical and functional specs addressing both functional and non-functional requirements
- Have a good understanding of integration with other systems, process orchestration, and API management
- Have familiarity with LC/NC (Low Code / No Code) technologies
- Provide technical guidance & mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and architects to design and develop automation solutions.
- Ensure technical designs are scalable, reliable, and efficient and follows industry best practices
- Good understanding of DevOps processes for automating the release management and deployments
- Should have experience of working with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc.
- Solution Design and Code Review:
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
- Refine and tune integrations between applications.
- Problem Solving and Support:
- Analyze and resolve technical and application issues.
- Provide third-level support to business users.
- Coordinate Project Execution:
- Work closely with internal team and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
- Oversee the end-to-end development and implementation of automation solutions.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements like GXP, GDPR
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Automation Life Cycle
- Hands on knowledge on Microsoft Power platform, Appian
