Position RequirementsProven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software Systems, applications, and related products.
Microsoft Management products (MCSA certification a plus) including all of the System Center suite.
VMWare vcenter, Data Loss Prevention.
Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management Best Practices.
Excellent understanding of the organization s goals and objectives.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Good project management skills.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
QualificationsOur ideal candidate will have:
15 years experience in the operations of a company's internal data communications systems.
Specialized knowledge of the definition, design and implementation of Citrix, Vmware, and Network.
A bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field
Good communication & troubleshooting skills
Solid network administration skills
Experience with monitor and alerting systems
A strong understanding of Active Directory and identity management systems
Build new servers, including hardware install in data center and installing OS and software
Strong PowerShell abilities
The ability to work flexible, independently as well as in a team
The desire to grow yourself, your team and the company
Must have a valid driver's license
Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness
Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Standard System Administrator tools and utilities (Wireshark, nmap, etc.)
Respond to escalated tickets and troubleshoot any reported problems
Document case actions during resolution process and log all interactions
Support the enterprise direction and initiatives in a spirited, positive manner
Possesses a high level of critical thinking
Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information
Preferred QualificationsMCSA, MCSE
SCRIPTING (PowerShell, perl, Python, etc.)
