Introduction

Dick Pritchett Real Estate is a family-owned company who has been in business since 1955. Since that time, we have branched out to many different properties which include commercial/industrial properties, agriculture properties and general property maintenance throughout Southwest Florida. We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced individual who is passionate about ranching and can support our land maintenance and operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Property Maintenance which includes mowing and general equipment use.

- Driving and Operating farm equipment

- Tree and vegetation management

- Fence building and repair

- Herbicide/Pesticide applications as needed.

- Positive and Safe work environment

- Weekly communication with management

Skills and Abilities:

- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

- Must have the ability to get to and from work daily.

- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

- Must be mechanically inclined to perform general machine operations.

- Must be able to work outdoors year-round.

- Able to lift and move equipment/materials.

- Able to work in teams and independently.

Education and/or Experience:

- Worked as part of a team.

- Equipment knowledge is a plus.

- Farm background is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
