Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Front End Lead at our Waldorf, MD location. As the Front End Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-end developers, overseeing the development and maintenance of our website and online platforms, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical support and training, and contribute to the overall improvement of our digital presence.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in customer service and providing technical support
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Experience in training and mentoring junior developers
- Passion for delivering high-quality user experiences
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
