ResponsibilitiesFoster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Provide customers with quotes and additional information about new products and services.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
Attend training and continuing education courses.
Handle customer renewals.
RequirementsPossess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
A Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
