Job DescriptionDickinson & Gibbons, P.A., a Sarasota, Florida law firm (www.dglawyers.com), is currently seeking a part-time Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal with Marital and Family Law and Litigation experience.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working in a Family Law or Litigation Law Firm as either a legal assistant or paralegal. Candidates must have Excellent Time Management skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PDFs, E-filing, Federal and State, and must be detail oriented. Trial experience a plus. The successful candidate will have command of the English language and be personable with a polished, professional demeanor.
This is an in-office, part-time, hourly non-exempt position with a target of 20-25 hours per week spread over five days. Normal business hours for the firm are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Sarasota. Please apply with a resume and compensation requirements.
