Litigation Associate Attorney - Dickinson & Gibbons, P.A., a Sarasota, Florida based litigation firm, seeks an associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience, with excellent research and writing skills. Prior experience in civil litigation and/or appeals required. Candidates would be expected to conduct research and prepare written motions, briefs, and memoranda on complex issues. The associate could also be given the opportunity to be involved in complex civil litigation and trial work, including cases involving professional liability, consumer protection, business litigation, insurance, and general civil litigation. This is primarily an in-office position, but some remote work is permitted.
