Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Director to help lead our media strategy and execution. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of comprehensive media plans that effectively promote our clients' brands and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated media strategies across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Lead media planning, buying, and optimization efforts to ensure maximum ROI for client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and analytics, to align media strategies with overall campaign goals.
  • Analyze media performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Contribute actively to the development and delivery of compelling new business pitches, leveraging innovative strategies and insightful presentations to captivate potential clients and secure valuable partnerships
  • Lead and mentor a team of individuals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster professional growth and maximize team performance in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate favorable terms and rates.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging media technologies, and best practices to continually innovate and improve media strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably within the health, wellness, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
