Responsibilities:

• Every order that we fulfill receives a healthy dose of magic, that magic is your personal touch. You'll be answering emails and creating custom orders with messages of care and encouragement. These messages need to have a healthy flair of imagination, yet be grounded in an attitude of customer care and support.
• You will also be working on our fulfillment team to make sure that the same amount of magic goes into the orders leaving the warehouse on a daily basis.
• 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday

Qualifications:

• Legible handwriting
• Passion for the world of gaming; D&D and other role playing systems, MTG and other card games, board games, table top games, video games, etc.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields using a group email system.
• Ability to build rapport with clients; go above and beyond beyond surface level issues to deliver exceptional support. To us, this means a willingness to have an ongoing relationship with a customer rather than just a one time interaction.
• Positive and professional demeanor, eager to work-hard and play-hard
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 25lbs unassisted
• Ability to stand for up to 2-3 hours at a time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
