We are an expanding employment law firm with offices in Orange County, Riverside, and San Diego. We are looking for a paralegal to join the team. The position can be fully remote, in-office, or hybrid (applicants choice).

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• 3 years experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.

KNOWLEDGE IN:

• Preparing and filing all court documents
• Court Rules and Timelines for Filing
• Communicating with Clients
• Discovery
• Calendaring & Coordinating Depositions and other case-related appointments
• Experience with State/Federal electronic court filings
• An ability to work independently, multi-task, and maintain flexibility.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED; AA or BA degree preferred
• Knowledge of the following computer programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
