Role

Party Host creates safe, fun, and personalized birthday parties, where the birthday child is the center of attention. They ensure smiles, laughter, learning, excitement, and a positive overall experience, resulting in meaningful birthday memories that will last a lifetime.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience 

• Experience in customer service, attractions, entertainment, birthday parties, and/or childcare preferred.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Great personality, willingness to serve customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with visitors, team members, and peers. (Multi-lingual is a plus!)
• Experience in coordinating and facilitating events, such as birthday parties.
• Lead by example to inspire a high level of quality service among the Dig It team.
• Availability on weekends is a must. Other shift opportunities include daytimes and evenings.
