The All-Source Analyst is a crucial asset in our affiliate's success by analyzing complex data and providing top-notch investigative solutions.

This isn’t your average desk job, as an All- Source Analyst you’ll dive into social media intelligence, conducting various assignments and maintaining monitoring updates. You’ll also be delving through investigations, uncovering key information like ID shots and social media profiles to empower our team. Your quick thinking and real-time data provision will troubleshoot challenging cases.

What you’ll need to apply:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Criminal Justice, Psychology, History, Political Science or other writing intensive major preferred)
• Familiarity and comfort with navigating ambiguity as well as a basic understanding of the workers' compensation system or desire to learn the system
• Ability to read, analyze, and distill large amounts of information from social media profiles and online forms and articles, and apply it to an investigation
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Ability to juggle multiple research reports at once while maintaining work quality and turnaround time while communicating effectively with Intel supervisor

What a day in the life of an All-Source Analyst looks like:

• Weekly Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (In office)
• Learn Digi Stream’s array of investigative services.
• Keep track of the digital footprint of claimants under investigation and create updates for the client.
• Communicate with office staff and surveillance investigators to relay important findings from case results.
• Analyze complex investigations and search for potential upsell opportunities to recommend.
• Fulfill ancillary assignments on an as needed basis
• Order and review Medical/Gym records retrieval efforts, ensuring communication with the medical records Sweep provider to maintain quality assurance.
• Keep track of record retrieval assignments, taking thorough notes and periodically checking in with the record-holder to maintain efficiency.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Entry-level pay: $20.00 per hour
