DigiStream Investigations, a fast-growing national private investigations firm, seeks a talented addition to our team.

Position Type: In-Office (not remote)
Office Location: Lynnfield, MA
Weekly Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Job Summary:

The Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator will assist with various areas within human resources such as, but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, licensing, and ordering office equipment. The Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator will work directly with the Managing Partner and Field Operations team on where administrative tasks are needed. This position will require the individual to be highly organized, possess a “can-do” attitude, and possess great problem solving and communication skills. This person must have the ability to multi-task and enjoy the challenges of assisting a great organization of talented individuals. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in making Human Resources a career.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist new hire onboarding paperwork organization
  • Assist with posting of new job ads
  • Evaluate applicants and candidates at the early stages of the selection process
  • Conduct phone screens and schedule candidates for video or in-person interviews
  • Answer phones and assist with general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinate with the brand HR team to onboard new hires
  • Assist with initiating background checks for new hires
  • Conduct reference checks prior to the verbal offer of employment to the candidate
  • Maintain and track individual Surveillance Investigator licensing
  • Assist the Managing Partner with projects as needed
  • Manage and ensure office equipment is stocked appropriately
  • Other duties may be added from time to time

Requirements:

  • 2-year college degree or higher required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact confidently and professionally with all levels of employee throughout the organization
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, energetic, professional self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Great attention to detail, problem solving skills, organizational and project management skills
  • A strong team player that loves to contribute with new ideas
  • A proven ability to constantly adapt in a high-paced, fast-changing work environment
