Job Description The architectural designer will support our architectural design and deliverables. Duties/Responsibilities: • Coordinates design with rainscreen subcontractors • Performs the panelization, design, and detailing of our X-Series exterior wall panel product line • Produces and coordinates team deliverables including shops drawings, fabrication details, and façade model coordination • Produces finished panel shop drawings and details for fabrication • Coordinates standard details for each of our exterior wall panel finish types • Coordinates with and supports other teams within Digital Building from sales through installation • Supports architectural scope for prototypes and project mockups • Supports architectural team efficiencies and continuous improvement Education and Experience: • 2 years as an architectural designer • Has experience designing & detailing with EIFS, rainscreen, and/or curtain wall systems • Has a passion for efficiencies, cost savings, and continuous improvement • Prefabrication and/or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required Software Experience: • Revit • Bluebeam • BIM360/ACC • Smartsheet • Box • Excel • Dynamo is a bonus Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times #LI-MM1 DPR has been nationally recognized for its strong company culture, based on a well-defined purpose “We Exist to Build Great Things,” and four core values: integrity, enjoyment, uniqueness and ever forward.
