Direct and participate in the full life cycle of a website build including functional specifications, preparing work estimates, scheduling and leading cross-functional teams, QA, and deployment
Escalate matters concerning the team to the eCommerce Manager
Identify and explore new opportunities to leverage new technologies to enhance the eCommerce Platform
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities)Proven experience in managing software development under an Agile framework
Significant number of years of client consulting and project management experience
7 years managing IT/eCommerce projects from discovery and design to development and launch within a relevant agency or industry.
Strong command of standard the Agile Project Management methodology
Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills between both the customer and all levels within the organization are required
Desired: PMP and/or Scrum Master equivalent certification
