We are actively hiring for the position of Embriody Operator for our plant in Wallington, CT

Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate single and multi-head embroidery machines efficiently and safely.
• Consistently achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Understand and follow standard operating procedures within the department.
• Verify the accuracy of order and decoration details.
• Ensure the quality of the finished decorated product.
• Handle design placement, hooping, and thread color selection.
• Maintain high productivity and quality, meeting or exceeding established goals.
• Adjust machines and perform routine maintenance as necessary.
• Keep the work area clean and organized while adhering to safety practices.
• Perform other departmental tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Light manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Able to stand for long periods using hands and arms
• Work safely with moving machinery
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused team player
• Punctual, with excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime
• Must differentiate colors accurately for product inspection
• Apply common sense and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Manage priorities and workflow efficiently
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with enthusiasm
