DTS is looking for experienced Project Manager (Infrastructure) for our direct client position in Pontiac, MI
Job Description
- Project Manager on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services.
- Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.
- Oversees one or more projects.
- Develops and maintains project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures; responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs; oversees project progress and workload through duration of project.
- Manages Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix) to select vendor products; Write contract Scope of Deliverables; Follows process and standards update and creation.
- Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management; Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes; Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications); Monitor and report on project KPIs
**** Mandatory Skills & Experience ****
- 5 years experience in a Project Manager role managing IT Projects.
- Must have experience conducting Vendor Implementation projects starting with Requestion for Proposal, into Contract Negotiations through Product Implementation.
- Experience with a VOIP migration and other Network projects a major plus
- Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, etc.)
