Role: Senior Fullstack .NET Developer (Only W2, No Chance for C2C)

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Experience: 11 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
• Design and implement responsive frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Architect and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging platform services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability through code reviews, refactoring, and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend new tools and techniques to enhance development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 11 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies.
• Extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other .NET frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JS frameworks/libraries (Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, etc.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Having certifications is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
