Education: Graduate degree in ISD or other similar/related areas of study from an accredited college or university.
Requirement: Hybrid.
Required Qualifications:
- Instructional systems designer (ISD) will support coaching-related programs, content or courses (as applicable) must have the following qualifications:
- Experience developing and integrating instructor–led or instructor–facilitated curricula, workshop courses related to leadership development relevant to coaching topics, complexity; or 5 years of demonstrated experience in ISD and developing instructor–led or instructor–facilitated courses related to leadership or executive development.:
- Instructional System Designers utilize the ADDIE model to develop varying levels (fully, semi, and little to none) of customized training and workshops. This includes the development of instructor and participant guides as well as supporting materials.
- The ISD will also participate in a needs-analysis meeting with the requestor of the workshop on an as-needed basis and develop a needs assessment as required.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project.
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
