Hours
Part-time hours: We will contact you as needed
Must be available some evenings, weekends
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Aflac (over 30 hours)
- Flexible Hours
- Paid Training
- Planning, coordinating and documenting on-call issues with clients.
- Counsels the patient and/or family as needed.
- Continually communicates any patient care issues that came up during on-call to office staff, Administrator and DON.
- Registered Nurse Professional License, RN (required)
- Valid CPR card (required)
- Valid Driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
- Clean background check (required)
- Previous experience in home care (required)

Enjoys working in a one-on-one setting
Is eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Has excellent oral and written English
Has good phone and communication skills
Has experience working in the home health industry
Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous

Rate: Base plus hourly
