Responsibilities
The Program Coordinator is a member of the service line team responsible for the diagnostic roles in the Brain Injury, Stroke, and Comprehensive Programs. This role is comprised of two areas; clinical and operational.
Expectations:

• Responsibilities include clinical or program growth, achieving and maintaining clinical excellence, obtaining certification and accreditation as applicable and ensuring quality patient care is provided.
• The role will focus on either the Vocational Rehabilitation Services for The Center for Transitional Neuro-Rehabilitation (CTN) or the Patient Throughput for The Center for Transitional Neuro-Rehabilitation.

Qualifications
Minimum:

• Entry level degree as required by the professional discipline.
• 5 years progressive experience in clinical area required.
• Required: Computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Able to analyze data for reporting.

Preferred:

• Has achieved a nationally recognized certification in the specified field of work preferred.
• Experience with business operations management and customer service, and participation on healthcare committees preferred.
• Prior experience in data analysis and reporting, program development and meets the qualifications of Therapist Specialty or beyond preferred.
