At DignityFirst, we genuinely appreciate, respect, and support our caregiver partners and are currently expanding our team! Our team is supported by credentialed nurse and social work care managers, as well as our Administrator who has spent her entire career in healthcare administration.

We have immediate shifts available for live in, full time, part time, your choice - DignityFirst Health at Home provides care in the following Colorado counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson, Park, Summit, Teller, and Weld (50 mile radius of Denver Metro).

START IMMEDIATELY UPON COMPLETION OF FAST-TRACKED HIRING PROCESS

Available shifts – 24hr live in shifts in the Denver-Metro area.

Compensation is negotiable, very competitive, with weekly opportunities for overtime hours and commensurate pay. Hourly rates range between $18 and $20 per hour, based on credentials, experience, flexibility and availability. Live-in (24 hour plus shifts) average between $275 and $375 per day, depending on the number of shifts per week applicable overtime premium.

Benefits include AFLAC supplemental insurance, initial and ongoing professional PAID training, weekly pay, sick pay (1hr earned for every 38 hours worked, with a max of 48 hrs/year, TapCheck and more.

A Day in the Life of a DignityFirst Health at Home Caregiver:

· Follow each clients care plan, offering personalized services, providing companionship and conversation.

· Monitor and report changes in client health and condition.

· Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing to clients.

· Provide enhanced and engaging one-on-one interactions/activities for clients.

· Services include but are not limited to meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, transportation, shopping, assistance with female/male personal care and hygiene and protective oversight.

You are a great fit for this role when you have:

· Previous caregiving experience (1 year required)

· A passion for caregiving and a wish to help others

· Attentiveness for being present and providing quality care

· Respect, patience, empathy, and kindness

· 18 years of age

· Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance
