Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately through the cash register
- Communicate effectively with customers in a multilingual environment, including Spanish-speaking customers
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

- Promote Dillard’s Rewards card

- Con ext with customers to invite them in for special events!

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and product displays effectively
- Demonstrated ability to sell products and meet or exceed sales goals!

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
