Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Manager to oversee our operations and logistics department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, store cleanliness, store safety, and dock operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Duties
- Conduct daily and weekly housekeeping audits to ensure store cleanliness
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities
- Assist with technical support and troubleshoot in-store issues
- Enter and track work orders
- Receive, sort, and deliver trailer shipments timely and efficiently
- Monitor and order store operational supplies

- Assist with special projects including, but not limited to, changing light bulbs, stripping floors, and polishing floors

- Partner with additional Management staff to overcome obstacles

- Observe, report, and react to safety concerns

Qualifications
- Proven experience in management and dock supervision
- Strong background in operations management with a focus on process improvement
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive teams towards success

Qualifications We Desire

• Hazardous Shipping Certifications (49CFR)
• Experience stripping, polishing, and sealing parquet floors
• Property maintenance
• Experience working with outside vendors
• Previous construction trade work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
