Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist at Dillard's Inc. in Springfield, MO. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, including customer service, sales training, and sales management. The role requires building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer experiences through product knowledge and assistance.
