We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their product inquiries, and helping to promote our products. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of our products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in finding the products they need.
• Provide product information and advice to customers.
• Operate cash registers and handle money transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and new products.
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain stockroom standards by processing and putting stock away in the proper rows.

This is a commission job with a base rate of $15.50 per hour. The average Ladies Shoe associate makes $20 per hour. The potential to make over $20 per hour can be attained with the proper selling abilities and behaviors. If you are motivated by making good money this is the job for you!
