Dillsburg Area Soccer Club was established in 1979 and current runs the Dillsburg Dual shootout tournament which hosts 300 teams each year.

Recreation soccer coaches responsibilities:

• Coach will report directly to the Director of Player Development.
• The development of players the assigned team for practices, games throughout the season.
• Coach will work with the Director of Player Development and club members in achieving club and player goals.

Recreational Soccer coach qualifications:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 2-years coaching experience.
• Grassroots license or equivalent.

This position includes working evenings and weekends.Candidates with less than 2 years’ experience will be considered. Job performance will be based on attracting and development players as well as the success of the team over the season
